If its a motorway (long) drive then you don't use clutch much anyway but heavy clutch becomes a concern when you do many miles in local runs.
I don't use Freeway much at all. Most of my driving is in Tokyo metropolitan area. Stop and go every single minute. Believe me you get use to it. Try changing the wire also. Best regards
