BTW I have heard that there was GLi and GLX available in your country.
Do you know the different between these grades?

All you have to do first is, to access to the fan itself :)
Maybe you can reach rather easily from glovebox.
Then you may check the fan unit, whether the connector is rigid,
whether the shaft is not worn out, whether the grease is sufficient,
etc. etc... Then you may decide whether or not to buy a new fan unit.
